Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day 100% replacement guarantee. If there is a genuine defect with our product, just let us know within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • As all our products are custom-made, replacements are possible only upon identifying a genuine defect. Refunds are not possible.
  • Wrong-size orders cannot be replaced. Please check our size chart carefully before placing the order.
  • If you want to EXCHANGE or RETURN a product, the customer must bear the delivery charges. Charges may vary based on their location.
  • While sending the item, we will thoroughly inspect it and maintain photographic evidence.
  • Certain promotional or discount codes may restrict returns/exchanges. Please check the Terms & Condition of the coupon before purchase.
  • No return or exchange is allowed on an already exchanged item. Please check the size chart before requesting an exchange. 


Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your order delivery, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Note: Only exchanges and no returns will be applicable on all orders purchased.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging with the seal tag intact.
  • Wrong Product Handover in Return
  • In case of a wrong product handover during return, actions will be taken based on package-opening footage. 
  • If the returned product is in poor condition or shows signs of use, the return/exchange request will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

Note: If you want to exchange or return a product, the customer must bear the delivery charges. Charges may vary based on their location (Up to Rs.120/-).


Q. Why are we charging for Returns & Exchanges?

A. We focus on providing quality and comfortable products at affordable prices, which is why we don’t include shipping charges in the MRP like others do—please check the size chart before placing your order.


Additional Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards

  • Any additional non-returnable products will be specified in the product description.

Return Requirements

  • To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via Email, WhatsApp, app or through Call about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your source of payment or bank account within 7-10 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account and check the status of your refund.

Sale Items (if applicable)

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, some items purchased during a sale cannot be refunded or returned.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged. To exchange an item:

  • There is no additional charge for exchange orders if it is defective.

  • Exchange of products is subject to size availability.
  • If you want to exchange or return a product, the customer must bear the delivery charges (up to Rs.120). Charges may vary based on their location.


Self-Shipping

  • If your PIN code is in a non-serviceable area (i.e., our delivery agents cannot pick up the product), you will need to self-ship the product to the below address.
