How to raise Return or Exchange requests
- Click on Help in the menu.
- Fill all the required details.
- Submit the ticket.
- Go to My Account
- Click on Tickets.
- Click on the latest ticket.
- Refresh the page every time to get the latest updates.
- Once the Return or Exchange charges confirmed (Up to ₹ 120), Go to Requests > Pay for Return or Exchanges
- Mention the Order ID in the note at the payment page for reference.
- Please pay the amount mentioned in the ticket after discussion and share a screenshot of the successful payment in the ticket you raised.
- once the amount is confirmed from our end, we will raise the Return or Exchange Requests

A. We focus on providing quality and comfortable products at affordable prices, which is why we don’t include shipping charges in the MRP like others do—please check the size chart before placing your order.
